At Carnival the most impoverished members of the community are kings and queens for a week. Social and gender boundaries are bent as men and women alike walk a day in the opposite sex’s shoes (quite literally). Others create festive costumes expressing the brightest most joyful sides of their inner nature.

Get in touch with your carnal nature for a night. On July 15th you can be whoever, or whatever you like! The Pink Tie will be busting out all its feathers, body paints and its scantiest most festive clothes yet for sexy, grimy and dirty fabulousness. We bring you CarnalVal – A festival of the flesh and senses. Bringing to you the best from RIO, our Brazilian style carnival will be the biggest event from The Pink Tie yet

If you attended Naughty U then you caught the surprise performance by the street drum crew Bang. We will be bringing them back for a special extended stage performance.

Throughout the DragonFly expect to see amazing acrobatic performances from arialists, fire-dancers, acrobats and more amazing performance artists.

What would a CarnalVal be without extravagant costumes? We will have various contests for most creative, extravagant and sexiest costumes, including a co-ed BEST IN DRAG competition with even sexier prizes.
