Odd is the new red!!!! Join us in christening the latest multi-purpose space created by Paynie and friends! Don't call it the Red Loft, it is something entirely new with shades of what Red Loft used to be!
The Cruz Coalition is happy to help get this space going and have you come experience what is possible there! This truly is a community space for YOU! With our help...with your help we can keep this space ODD!
Tonight we also celebrate the Birthday of Mark Zabala! Mark is literally one of the kindest people you will ever meet and has been a supporter of this community for longer than most of us have been a part of it! He is a Cruz Coalition family member and part of the LEGENDARY crew known as Ninja Skillz!
Keeping the Odd beats for you will be:
Mark Zabala (The Cruz Coalition/Ninja Skillz)
Mia Dangerfield (The Cruz Coalition)
Loomer (The Cruz Coalition/NuTz Camp)
Saynt (Ninja Skillz)
There is no place to smoke cigarettes at Oddville. No, you can't walk outside and smoke, because it makes a mess and attracts too much attention. That's just how it is. If you can't refrain from cigarettes for a few hours, please don't come.

Hey Ninjas (and pirates, gypsies, clowns, and other freaky folk out there). It's been awhile! I took a trip down to Spain and Portugal this summer and have come back reinvigorated and re-inspired. Both Ibiza and the Boom Festival were awesome, and its great to see how people across the pond do things.
So, I am totally stoked to play in San Diego again after a bit of a hiatus! Seria Star is always a fun night full of belly dance and awesome beats, so come on out, dust yourself off and bring your friends!
SERIA STAR @ The KAVA LOUNGE
As we wave goodbye to the beautiful summer and welcome back travelers and their tales of amazing adventures, Seria Star is bringing in some stellar talent to amplify the night!! New talent is going to be seen early in the night as we have some musical masters showcasing different style, as well as beautiful dancers bringing new fusion. Mark Zabala, Adia Break and Shakti Bliss create a lineup that will help you own the groove... and groove matters.

Ahh, Southern California in the winter time! Sure we have warm breezes and cool nights, but snow? Well, we just have to get crafty and make our own! But like so many beautiful illusions our fair city is known to produce, so too shall Plump create a winter wonderland to celebrate the season's icy charm. In its fourth edition, Plump's Snow Ball will give you a chance to live out your winter fantasy, and break out your frozen fashions. Though snow may fall indoors, the selectors will keep it nice and toasty on the dance floor. Join us for another music-filled jaunt through Plump's snowy respite, where the brandy will warm your tummy while your frosty posse warms your soul.

TBTN Productions and BurnLA proudly present:
(A sweaty summer kickoff)
TBTN is back with its first installment of the summer. We're teaming up with BurnLA to kick off the season with a prime selection of your favorite selectors representing Chi City, the Bay, and of course all over LA.
On the bill for the night are:
J*LABS (The Good Vibe, Black 22s, LA)
J*Labs’ propensity to “get bored easily” means that she’s constantly digging around looking for new tracks. She’s quickly made her mark on the electronic music scene in LA and has been venturing further and further away from home as poor under-shaken booties everywhere in need of liberation beckon her forth. No two sets are the same and you never know what might happen. One thing that you can definitely count on is that the room is gonna be moving! She’s also a member of Black 22s, a dynamic new tag team project consisting of herself and Lou E. Bagels. BLACK 22S @ LIB THIS YEAR!
KIMBA (Opel, Delta Nine, SF)
Kimba is a fresh face behind the decks and has been bringing a storm of energy to her DJ career since it took flight in 2010. Kimba has graced the decks with her warrior-like presence throughout California from her home in San Francisco to San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle, Lake Tahoe and Reno. Kimba brings a sound best described as Elegant Warrior Breaks, Drum&Bass & Techno ~ a fusion of Sweet and Heavy sounds programmed to take you on a journey through every mix. She brings deep dark basslines intertwined with melodic and musical themes to touch a cord in every dancer.
CRINGER (Dubfront Records, LA/Chicago)
As the Dubfront Records Banner-man and Chicago Dubstep representative, Cringer has been lacing beats for over 14 years. With music ranging from Deep & Dark to Ghetto Anthems to straight Boogie Tunes, Cringer steps up with a fat sack of dubplate pressure and sub-cabinet assaulting original work. With banging releases on his own Dubfront Records imprint as well as forthcoming releases on Rogue Dubs and Adversion Recordings, It's no wonder Cringer has been top-billing parties nationwide like LA's premiere dubstep weekly "Pure Filth" and the dubstep vs. ragga jungle soundclash "Bring tha Ruckus". Come catch The Cringer in action and learn the true definition of "Bass-Pressure"
(THIS WILL BE CRINGER'S LAST SHOW IN LA FOR QUITE SOME TIME, HE IS MOVING NORTH TO SACRAMENTO! COME SAY GOODBYE)
ORA (Chicks with Decks, LA)
Ora, part of Chicks with Decks, has been rocking beats all over LA for many years. Her sexy breaks blend with her dubbed out breakdowns to take you on a sonic journey of grimey and bassed out aural bliss.
HYJYNX (BurnLA, NinjaSkillz, LA)
HYJYNX has been moving souls and blowing minds for over the past decade as a founding member of Ninja Skillz Music in Los Angeles. His style is an ever evolving blend of uplifting “swing” house, progressive breaks, dirty electro, techno/tech house, and some dub/bass on occasion. This Buckeye native has performed at events ranging from Ohio to Black Rock City and all the way down to Mexico; at festivals all over Southern California; and in countless warehouses, lofts, art galleries, and clubs. With HYJYNX at the helm, every set is an epic adventure across the globe, bridging the gap between the past and the future!
BK WILLY (TBTN Productions, LA)
BK Willy is the founder and front man of Take Back the Night Productions.
His slamming breakbeats, liquid drum and bass, and funky glitch hop sets will leave any dancer sweaty and satisfied.

Opulent Temple presents 'Sacred Dance'
In association with Cruz Coalition & Steampunk Saloon
OT and friends are bringing their signature event back to L.A. again this summer - -A transplant of our annual 'White Party' we do on playa every year for a 3rd Annual special event.
Lot 613 will be transformed in 3 areas, inside and out, into a white oasis of art, beauty and eclectic wonderments. Attendees are part of the decor with creative and daring interpretations of white attire and accompaniments we can't even imagine.
A special vibe is co-created between dancers and DJ, between the music and the atmosphere. This is not like every other night. This is our favorite event for vibe, music and intention that we do, as it has been every Wednesday night at Burning Man since 2003.
